San Antonio Bank and Credit Union Executive Ken Raymie

During his time as the president and CEO of Generations Federal Credit Union in San Antonio, Ken Raymie spearheaded a series of efficiency and growth initiatives that effectively restored the company’s core profitability, resulting in 40 percent growth in both loans and deposits. During his tenure as CEO, assets increased from $500 million to more than $750 million. Ken Raymie also managed the company’s new brand identity and awareness campaign, which further contributed to growth and profitability. San Antonio Express-News recognized Generations Federal Credit Union as a Top Workplace on multiple occasions.

Ken Raymie joined Generations Federal Credit Union as the vice president of commercial services in 2014. He held several leadership roles at the company, including chief risk officer and chief operating officer. In the past, he has served in positions such as senior vice president and senior commercial credit officer at KeyBank in Seattle and executive vice president of Transpecos Banks.

After receiving his economics degree from Boston University, Ken Raymie completed a master of business administration program at Northeastern University. He is a former board member and finance council chair with the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and has held board positions with the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber, South Texas Business Partnership, and the Community Development Loan Fund, among other groups and organizations.
